LITTLE FLOWER SCHOOLLOVE & SERVE

Our Story

About Our School

Love & Serve — Dedicated to loving God through the service of fellow human beings.

Since 1971

A pioneer school in Adambakkam

LFSLittle Flower School — is one of the pioneer schools in Adambakkam, situated on the outskirts of Chennai. It began as the result of a great vision by our Foundress, Mrs. J. Kiruba Ambrose, in 1971 with just a handful of students, whose sole aim was to serve the downtrodden and the needy people of this then-remote village.

Our motto — Love & Serve, dedicated to loving God through the service of fellow human beings — has brought us thus far. Our goal is to lay a solid foundation for the little buds of this nation, who will in future blossom into the finest citizens and make our country proud.

More than five decades of dedicated service in this noble field of education has helped thousands of students attain excellence in various fields across the globe. With a strong workforce of committed and qualified teachers, extra-curricular trainers and supporting staff, we continue to grow — providing modern teaching with the latest technologies, including Montessori and activity-based learning.

Mrs. J. Kiruba Ambrose was a visionary educator and philanthropist whose passion for education transformed countless lives. She founded Little Flower School in 1971 with the aim of providing quality education and opportunity to children — especially those from underserved communities.

Her sole aim was to serve the downtrodden and needy people of what was then a remote village. She also went on to found the Kiruba English School, Alandur, in 1978.

Her legacy of compassion, dedication and service continues to inspire generations of students and educators.
